Why We Have Booking Policies
Our booking policies are in place to create a safe, efficient, and fair environment for all clients. They help us:

  • Ensure Safety: Limiting the number of people in our studio maintains a secure environment, especially with sensitive equipment.

  • Manage Time Effectively: Clear rules for cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals help us stay organized and deliver the best service possible.

  • Provide Consistency: These policies ensure fairness and reliability for all clients.

  • Secure Appointments: Requiring deposits helps reduce no-shows and ensures our time and resources are respected.

APPOINTMENTS
Bookings must be made through the designated booking page. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.

PRE-BOOKING
Clients may pre-book one appointment at a time. If you wish to book additional appointments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for each one. These deposits are applied to the total service cost.

NO GUESTS OR CHILDREN ALLOWED
For safety and workspace efficiency, no additional guests, children, or pets are allowed in the studio.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, we may have to shorten your service to accommodate the next client, but the full fee will still apply. Alternatively, you can reschedule, but the missed appointment will be charged in full.

GRACE PERIOD
If you are running late, please notify us. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

RESCHEDULING
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. Deposits for canceled appointments are non-transferable.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% charge of the service cost.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be charged the full service fee.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the appointment is canceled.

NO SHOWS
Missing an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost, minus the deposit already paid.

CARD ON FILE
A valid credit card is required to book appointments. If a policy is violated, you will be notified before the card is charged.

FINAL SALES
All sales are final. No refunds will be given.

DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR
We do not tolerate rude or disrespectful behavior. Such actions may result in denial of service.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
